LMPs - JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ON-CALL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR!

Three Cedars Day Spa is looking for a select few part-time on-call Licensed Massage Practitioner Independent Contractors (ICs).

GENEROUS COMPENSATION -- The MOST generous, in fact. Check us out!

As an LMP independent contractor at Three Cedars Day Spa, you will be well-compensated. I operate under the belief that WE GET WHAT WE PAY FOR. I am very selective about who I choose to work with. But if you are highly qualified and are willing to provide the very best service to our clients, why shouldn't you also receive the best compensation?

MASSAGE:
Our ICs may receive up to $40 per hour for Aromatherapy Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue/Triggerpoint Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Heated Stone Massage. This massage is performed at Three Cedars Day Spa.

COUPLE'S MASSAGE:
Our ICs may receive up to $75 flat rate for assisting with Couple's Massage.

CORPORATE ON-SITE MASSAGE THERAPY:
Our ICs may receive up to $150 flat rate for delivering 2-hours of massage for one client at the client's location.
Our ICs may receive up to $200 flat rate for delivering 2 consecutive 90-minute massages for two clients at the client's location.
Our IC's may receive up to $200 flat rate for delivering 4 hours of on-site corporate chair massage at the client's location.

IC REQUIREMENTS: Independent LMP contractors must be properly licensed and insured in the State of Washington. Must be highly qualified and professional in both appearance and demeanor. Must be a non-smoker, non-user of tobacco products. For on-site corporate massage, practitioners must have reliable transportation and all necessary massage equipment (portable massage chair and/or massage table, bolsters, and supplies.) Once the LMP accepts an assignment, he/she must be ON TIME and RELIABLE. ICs must have computer/internet access. Must have a cell phone. Must be able to use a computer (for online booking program) and be able to run a credit card terminal, OR WILLING TO LEARN.

SKILLS DEMO REQUIRED. Before we add you to our IC practitioner list, you will be invited to meet in person at our office and asked to provide a one-hour massage to demonstrate your best Swedish and Deep Tissue massage skills. We are looking for thoroughness and attention to detail. We will also be evaluating your draping and customer service skills. We value your time and you will be compensated up to $40 at the conclusion of the 1-hr demonstration.

HEY...ARE YOU DUAL-LICENSED? We are particularly interested in adding other dual-licensed pratitioners to our on-call list! If you are an LMP/Esthetician licensed in the State of Washington, you will be paid up to $80 for your LMP/esthetician skills demonstration.

FUN VOLUNTEER & CHARITY OPPORTUNITIES! We will add you to a contact list for upcoming volunteer/charity opportunities as they arise. For example, do you like jazz? We provide complimentary chair massage at the KWJZ music festival at the Ste Michelle Winery every year! If you are on our volunteer chair massage team, you will receive one of our vendor VIP ACCESS PASSES! Events like this are great opportunities to promote your business and your services to the community. And you get to listen to great live jazz at the beautiful Ste Michelle Winery venue! Three Cedars Day Spa donates gifts of time and services to charity often and likes to participate at several fun charity events throughout the year.

*LMP Independent Contractors' total compensation ultimately depends on the client's payment method. For example, if client is using a discount coupon, LMP receives partial payment less the coupon rate. HOWEVER, MINIMUM CONTRACTOR PAYMENT IS APPROX.$30/HOUR FOR ANY MASSAGE.
